Library Services | ADA & the Library

The Library strives to provide services to all patrons. If you or someone you know enjoys reading, but has difficulty seeing, the Library offers the following:

Three vision machines to enlarge reading material. Two are for at home use, and one is at the Library for patrons to try. Interested? Call or visit Kate. This service is sponsored by the Thompson Lions Club.

Books for the blind: This is a free service offered by the State of Connecticut. The Library serves as a demonstration site, come see the equipment and tapes. Visit with Janine to learn more about the program.
