The Friends of the Library sponsor Art at the Library.

Things to know:

• Art is exhibited on a monthly basis in the Library Meeting Room.  Group shows are welcome, as are various mediums that can be displayed on the walls.
• Artists have the responsibility of hanging and taking down their artwork.
• The Meeting Room has 82 feet of hanging space for artwork.
• Prices for artwork may not be posted in the Meeting Room, however the artist(s) may provide a price list which will be given to the public upon request.
• A reception, which is usually held the second Tuesday of the month, is funded by the Friends of the Library with light refreshments. The artist(s) is invited to bring other refreshments.
• The Library will promote the show online, locally and in-house.  Artists are encouraged to send out invitations of their own.
• The Library Meeting Room may be unavailable at times due to meetings and functions.
